Soul Vendor - Mid Empty Soul Vendor - Mid

The Soul vendor (at least on mid side of df) is broken. I got 16 souls, but keeps telling me I need 15 to buy weapon. I even made a stack of 15 but nothing. Please fix.

I have purchased every Legion item from the mid soul merchant and have no issues. Can you tell me exactly what item you are having trouble with?
