Fixed Bainshee cone damage had 5,000 range where it should have 700, but set it to 1,200 to keep it fun.
Fixed Bainshee self cast bladeturn being pbt whe it should be single solid bladeturn.
Adding 15sec cool down for vamp buff sheer.
