New Changes from Nalfgar

Planned to remove the Buffbots from low areas and give juwelry that allow you to selfbuff you now for 1 week you can use the Nalfgar Beta Test Merchant at Bindstone at the starting towns. Based on your feedback i do the change.
(for now only level 4 buff juwelry can be used for test)

Also working on a few other things if small issues appear please dont appeal yet (since those issues appear as result of working with system to finish fast and exact the upcoming patch)
