Necro's need a change with non-necro spells

As it is right now, necro's can cast stuff like ice-wiz pbaoe, roots, and some other spell directly from shade rather then having it go though pet. People are exploiting the heck out of this in rvr, such as hidding pet in well somehow and ganking people without having to worry about dieing.
