DF souls merchant (the new souls-buy merchant)

Is it implemented yet? i thought was next reboot...

What about the rate? can we discuss it here admin?

I think atm the souls are the biggest bottleneck for the gearing up and start of real PvP\ RvR!

Hello Admin, thanks for the patch update #9.

500 dia --> 1 souls isnt too much?

probably 100 --> 1 soul is a good and fair rate for the happiness of the server!

People what do you think?

500 diamonds is a fair price imo .. it doesn't take long too farm diamond seals .. and souls usually only drop at Legion .. which only a few ppl can take down solo .. and which is always camped .. start your farming of diamonds and it will go quick .. or try and get legion .. and see how many you get ;P have fun

yes the merchant is implemented, there should be another soul merchant (looks like a gargoyle). At 500 seals, your looking at between 2/5 hours of farming, depending on how fast you can kill per soul (assuming your down there farming by yourself). so at a minimum your looking at 20 hours of grinding for the helm alone.

I do agree i think we need to balance the cost. IMO 1 soul hour would be ok.

The other side would be to fix the daily quest, and update the returned amount. Maybe put in another daily to kill 50 goblins or something? set each at 2 souls or something so your limited in the amount of souls you can pull daily, but at least you make some noticeable progress daily.

Yes, this rate is not sustainable... before each hour you could have some soul killing legion with someone else... now you need 3-5 hours to get ONE SOUL!

way too much... most reasonable ratio is 100 diam --> 1 soul.. or less!

Souls are meant to be dropped by Legion alone, now we got a alt. way of getting souls. Yet got people QQ'n that it is taking too long to get 1 soul vs before it was even longer (or never for some people). Guys just deal with it or admin may just say F it and remove vendor altogether.

We arnt QQing, we are providing constructive feed back, which is what you all dont understand. Most people that are QQing about us providing feed back haven't begun the soul farming process or they don't care too. Which is fine, to each their own. But dont provide feed back into a system that you've never tried or don't care to try. Expecting someone to put 300+ hours into farming souls, just to be competitive is silly at best.

Yes, and since last changes now is taking even longer... when legion was dropping souls it was a problem already because of the bottleneck... now many mob give diamonds but takes 100x the time.

Guys, at the moment people who farmed legion have already 20-30 souls and stuff, how can you imagine new players getting 15.000 diamonds easy without getting farmed and be even able to compete?


REALLY, since last changes most of the people stopped. Population decreased 25% for real.

If we want this server have success, give people the chance to get their gear quite easy (50 diam per soul best rate IMHO) and then we will see some fight in DF or wherever
